What happened
- Bunbury — Saturday, 8pm. The arrival dinner, and the right call: land at
4:21, shower, sit down. Argentine, Arts & Entertainment District.
- Kaona Room — Saturday, 10pm. The tiki speakeasy behind the Irish pub.
Wednesday to Saturday only, so Saturday was the single window all week and we took it.
- Prosecco Cruise — Sunday. The 7:30 sailing rather than the 5:30, which is
the whole difference between a boat ride and a sunset.
- Pool and the RC boats — Monday. Went exactly as promised.
- Macchialina — Monday, 8pm. The one proper event dinner of the week.
- Motek — Tuesday, Brickell.
- Panamericano — Tuesday. Two blocks and four minutes from Motek, which is
why it worked.
- Sanguich — the cubano got made. Not on the way to the airport as planned,
but it got made.

For next time
- One club night, built properly. LIV runs Thursday to Sunday, Space Friday and
Saturday. Pick the night, make it the anchor, and put dinner behind it instead of in
front of it. Stacking a club after a two-hour dinner is what didn't survive.
- Wynwood as one afternoon, not three stops. Oasis containers, the Sip &
Pickle courts and the murals in between are a five-minute walk apart. Friday to Sunday
only, $40 an hour for a court, five courts total.
- CVI.CHE 105. Jared asked for this one specifically and it never happened.
Phone only, no online booking — and someone still needs to find out what hours the
happy hour actually runs, because nobody publishes them.
- SottoVoce — closed Mondays, so Sunday or Tuesday. The one that keeps
almost happening.
- The Ocean Drive walk — Azteca, Daiquiri Dogs, back through
Española Way. It is ninety minutes and one walk, not three separate plans.
- Coral Gables — Miracle Mile on foot into Giralda Plaza, plus the thing
Jared wanted to look for.
- The range — walk-in, photo ID, open every day. It needed a decision more
than it needed a booking, and it never got one.
The pattern worth keeping. The evenings that worked had one anchor and nothing
stacked behind it — Bunbury into Kaona, Motek into Panamericano, both five minutes
apart on foot. The ones that fell over were the nights with a third and fourth act queued
after dinner. Next trip: one anchor a night, one open afternoon, and everything else stays
on the floating list where it can be picked up if the day allows it. That is not the plan
failing. That is the plan doing its job.
